Class Details

Duration: Approximately 1.5–2 hours

Important Information

This workshop involves the use of heated wax, fragrance oils, dyes, tools, and equipment. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and exercise caution while working with hot materials. Individuals with fragrance sensitivities, allergies, respiratory conditions, or other health concerns should consider these factors before registering.

Candles may require additional cooling and curing time before being transported or burned.

Participant Agreement, Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. BY PURCHASING A TICKET AND PARTICIPATING IN THIS WORKSHOP, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in this candle-making workshop involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Exposure to heated wax and heated equipment
• Burns, cuts, scrapes, or other minor injuries
• Exposure to fragrance oils, dyes, and other materials that may cause allergic reactions or sensitivities
• Slips, trips, falls, or other accidents that may occur during participation

I voluntarily choose to participate and knowingly assume all risks associated with the workshop.

Health and Safety Acknowledgment

I certify that I am physically able to participate in this activity and will inform the instructor of any known allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may impact my participation.

I agree to follow all safety instructions and directions provided by the instructor. Failure to comply with safety guidelines may result in removal from the workshop without refund.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I release, waive, and forever discharge Ana Soap Company LLC, its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, volunteers, agents, affiliates, venue hosts, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, liabilities, damages, costs, expenses, or losses arising out of or related to my participation in this workshop, including those resulting from ordinary negligence.

This release includes, but is not limited to, claims involving:

• Personal injury
• Property damage
• Allergic reactions
• Burns or other physical injuries
• Illness
• Economic losses

Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ana Soap Company LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from my actions or failure to follow safety instructions during the workshop.

Photography and Marketing Release

I grant permission for photographs, videos, or other media taken during the workshop to be used by Ana Soap Company LLC for advertising, social media, website content, and promotional purposes without compensation, unless I provide written notice before the workshop begins.

Cancellation Policy

Workshop registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to another individual or future workshop at the discretion of the organizer.

Agreement

By purchasing a ticket and participating in this workshop, I acknowledge that I have carefully read this Participant Agreement, Assumption of Risk, and Release of Liability, fully understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to its terms.
