Class Details

Duration: Approximately 2 hours

Skill Level: Beginner Friendly

Age Requirement: Participants must be 18 years or older, or be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Important Information

Due to the use of fragrance oils and soap-making ingredients, this class may not be suitable for individuals with sensitivities, allergies, respiratory conditions, or certain medical conditions. Participants should wear closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothing that can get messy.

Because handmade soap requires curing time, soaps may need to be picked up at a later date.

Participant Agreement, Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

By purchasing a ticket and participating in this workshop, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. I understand that soap making involves the use of materials, ingredients, fragrances, colorants, equipment, and processes that may present risks, including but not limited to skin irritation, allergic reactions, burns, cuts, slips, falls, or other injuries.
2. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in this workshop and related activities.
3. I certify that I am physically capable of participating and have disclosed any relevant allergies or sensitivities that may affect my participation.
4. I agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the instructor and understand that failure to do so may result in removal from the workshop without refund.
5. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, and discharge Ana Soap Company LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, volunteers, agents, representatives, and venue partners from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from or related to my participation in this workshop, including claims arising from ordinary negligence.
6. I understand that this release does not apply where prohibited by law and does not waive rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable state law.
7. I grant permission for photographs or videos taken during the workshop to be used for marketing and promotional purposes unless I notify the instructor in writing prior to the event.
8. I understand that workshop registrations are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.

By completing the purchase of this workshop, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this Participant Agreement, Assumption of Risk, and Release of Liability.
